I had the pleasure of having Ivana Flex as my realtor this spring. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me to understand the housing market and how we could compete to buy a home in this busy housing market. I was able to get a contract on a new home in less then a month. When it comes to making big purchases, something like your home, not even a house you wanna make sure that you have people that legitimately look out for your best interest. That listen to your needs and that care about what you want. Along with always being honest with you throughout the whole process. Well, that is the Ashton Agency!!! We sold our home with the Ashton Agency, and had the smoothest experience. Our realtor, Ivana, was with us through the entire process on both the buy and sell side. She was always mindful on our timeline whether we wanted to speed up the process or slow it down with both instances, which meant a lot to us as these are big decisions. As first home buyers we were unfamiliar with the process, but having Ivana as our realtor made the experience less stressful. She is confident and knowledgable about the industry, which is evident in how hard she works for her clients. We moved to another state, but if we ever even consider going back to Texas, she will be one of the first to know.
